Donna Ellen Jean Adkins, 67, of Point Pleasant, West Virginia, passed away February 11, 2023, at Pleasant Valley Hospital. She was born January 3, 1956, in South Charleston, West Virginia to the late Charles and Carol (Cook) Staats.

Donna was a homemaker and loved her fur babies.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother Tony Staats.

She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Randall Adkins, son, Kenneth (Erin) Adkins II, Daughter, Tara Adkins, granddaughter Lindsey Adkins, sister, Burma Rutledge, brothers, Charlie Staats II, Terry (Debbie) Staats and several nieces and nephews. She will be greatly missed by all her fur babies.

There will be no service per her request. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
