Donald E. Tolliver ,84, of Point Pleasant, WV, passed  away August 16, 2018, in Charleston, WV. He was born May 17, 1934, in Clifton, WV, a son to the late Alva Tolliver and Mary Blake Tolliver. He was a receiver for the Point Pleasant Shipyard Depot until his retirement. He was also a  member of the American Legion.

He is preceded in death with his parents by an infant sister, Donna Lou; sister, Dorothy (Matthew) Long; and brothers, Russell Lewis Tolliver and Dolas Tolliver.

He is survived by his loving wife, Wanda Davis Tolliver of Point Pleasant, and daughter, Tamara Shay Tolliver of Charleston, WV; grandchildren, Joshua Byron Nibert, and Hillary Lauren Nibert; great-grandchildren, Liam James and Sydney Shea; siblings, Dana Lee (Sue) Tolliver of Milton, WV, Lewis Edward Tolliver (Cindy Cook) of Ashton, WV, Ruth Thomas of Chesapeake, OH, and Edith Villars of Point Pleasant.

Funeral services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, Sunday, August 19, 2018, at 2 PM, with Ronnie Long officiating. Burial will follow in Kirkland Memorial Gardens, also Point Pleasant. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 1-2 PM prior to the service.
