Diane Kay Flora, 60, of Point Pleasant WV, went home to be with the Lord Monday, January 7, 2019, at PVNRC with her loving family by her side. She was born May 31, 1958, in Gallipolis Ohio, a daughter to the late Audis and Betty Casto. She attended Faith Gospel Church in Gallipolis Ferry.

She is preceded in death by her parents Audis and Betty Casto.

She is survived by a son Morgan (Kelle) Flora of Huntington WW, a daughter Peggy (Rocky) Smith of Gallipolis Ferry WV; two special granddaughters Alivia Smith of Gallipolis Ferry WV, Paige Smith of Gallipolis Ferry WV a brother Rick (Margaret) of Point Pleasant WV, as well as many friends and extended family members.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the PVNRC staff for all they have done for their family through this time. A celebration of life will be held at Faith Gospel Church in Gallipolis Ferry, WV, Sunday, January 13, 2019, at 1 PM with Pastor Dean Warner officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit the family at the church from 12-1 PM prior to the service. Family and friends are welcome to come.
