Delmas B. Jeffries, 92, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away Sunday, September 4, 2022, at Arbors in Gallipolis, Ohio. He was born June 12, 1930, a son to Herman Jeffries and Zelda Sayre. Delmas enjoyed spending time with his family, going to church, fishing, taking care of his many roses, and swinging on his front porch swing. He also ran Jeffries Market and Del's Appliances along side his wife Bobbie for many years.

He is preceded in death by, Parents; Herman (Zelda) Jeffries, Mother of his children; Iva "Bobbie" Jeffries, Son; Herman Franklin Jeffries, Second Wife; Minnie Jeffries, Stepson; Ben McCoy, Brothers; Herman "Otis" Jeffries, and James Jeffries, Sisters; Nixola Rhodes, Maye Bentley, Murline Jordon, Alvira Searfos.

Delmas is survived by Son; Delmas Jr "Sonny" (Leigh) Jeffries of Long Bottom, OH, Daughters; Carolyn "Sue" (Marty) Stover of Leon, WV, Betty Stover of Leon, WV, Mary (Matt) Rose of Hurricane, WV, Stepson; Rick (Kelly) McCoy of Leon, WV, and Sisters; Ethel Snodgrass of Leon, WV and Gail Hoppes of Leon, WV. He also leaves behind several grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who loved him dearly. Delmas will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, September 8 ^th , 2022, at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV. Burial will follow at Walker Chapel Cemetery, 1030 Walker Ridge Road, Leon, WV 25123. Visitation will be held two hours prior to service on September 8 ^th , 2022, from 12:00PM-2:00PM. Deal Funeral Home is serving the family.
