Delbert Vernon Waugh Jr, 63, of Ashton, WV, passed away March 1, 2019, while at Pleasant Valley Hospital.

Delbert Services will b held on Monday, March 4, 2019 at 1:00 P.M. at the Deal Funeral Home Friends may visit the family on Monday, at the Funeral Home from 1200 Noon to 1:00 P.M. Burial will be at a later date in the
