Daniel Duane Purchase, 58, passed away on June 20, 2023, peacefully, following a long illness.

Dan is survived by his wife of 14 years, Angela Hill Purchase, Sons; Ryan Purchase, Jonathan Purchase, and Richard (Emily) Freeland Jr.  He is also survived by his parents: Richard & Lila Purchase of Pt. Pleasant, WV. Siblings: Mary Moll of Greenwood, IN, Nathan Purchase (Dana) of Northville, NY, 4 uncles, 2 aunts, 4 nieces, 3 nephews, 30 first cousins, and 2 grandsons.

He loved southern gospel music, sang in church with his sister as a teen & in several gospel quarters through his life.  While living in Montana, Dan was the pastor of Vida Community Church for many years and lived a very active lifestyle which included guiding hunts, helping with roundups of cattle, and hunting and fishing with his son's.

Services will not be held at this time; however, a Celebration of Life Memorial is being planned for a later date.

In lieu of flowers, monetary donations can be sent to Deal Funeral Home to help with expenses.  Deal Funeral Home will also be accepting other forms of condolences that will be passed onto the family.
