Dakota James Young born May 2, 1986 in Gallipolis, OH, passed away on December 18th, 2019 at his home in Pt. Pleasant, WV. Dakota was the son of Tammi Lynn Young of Elsmere KY and Kim T. Saunders. Dakota worked at Wal-Mart of Mason, WV. He enjoyed his job and entertaining fellow employees, customers and was always looking for him to help them with his sunshine and easy going disposition.

Dakota was preceded in death by his Grandfather James P. Young and his Grandmother Judy A. Miller Young. He was survived by his mother Tamimi Lynn Young of Elsmere KY, Father Kim T. Saunders. His Sister Ciara Danielle Young and fiance Brandon Namby of Elmere KY, Aunt and Uncle Lisa and Joe Hysell, Hartford, WV, Half-sister Meghan Saunders of San Diego, CA, Half brother Todd Saunders of Gallipolis, OH as well as of a niece Olivia Saunders. And so so many cousins, and friends that are too many to count.

Services will be held at Deal Funeral Home, Pt. Pleasant, WV, Monday December 23rd, 2019, officiating Neil Tennant, Viewing from 11 am to 1pm, closed casket, with services starting at 1 pm
