Clifford Dale Chapman, 90, a devout Christian, went to be with his lord and savior, August 5, 2025. He was born February 14, 1935. son of Everett and Clara Chapman.

He is proceeded in death by his son, Ronnie Dale Chapman, grandson Justin Dwayne Chapman, son-in-law, Larry Reed, sisters, Mable, Wanda and Margie, brothers, Ray, Junior, Thurman, Orville, Lloyd, Charles, Wesley and Carl.

He is survived by his loving wife of 70 years Augusta (Camp) Chapman, son, Dwayne Chapman, daughter, Druanne (Reed), grandson, Dwayne Clifford II. One sister, Nancy Adkins (Johnny), several nieces and nephews.

Having retired from At&t after 35 years he loved playing bluegrass music and attending church.

Service will be held at Deal Funeral Home Friday, August 8, 2025. Visitation time will be 11:00 PM and service will be held at 12:00 PM. with Mark Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at Pine Grove in Putnam County.
