Clarence Emory Chapman, 77 of Henderson, WV passed away peacefully at St. Mary's Medical Center in Huntington, WV. He was born on May 17th, 1949, and is the son of the late Clarence and Ilene Chapman. He was reunited with his love, Gail Chapman, to whom he was married 48 years.

Clarence treasured many things in his life, but none compared to spending time with his grandkids. He also enjoyed his mechanic work, particularly working on his cars, as well as tending to his horses.

In addition to his wife and parents, he was also preceded in death by brothers, James Chapman, Charlie Chapman, and Mitch Chapman, as well as sisters, Carolyn Denny and Peggy Jones.

Those left to cherish his memory are his loving daughter, Crystal Chapman, and his grandchildren, Alexis Chapman and Kaden Durst. He also leaves behind his brother, Bruce (Michelle) Chapman, as well as his sisters, Vicki Pearson, June Price, Linda (Robbie) Davis, and Donna Gidget-Bush.

A visitation for friends and family will be held at Deal Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 14th, 2026, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
