Charlotte Blain, 95, of Gallipolis Ferry, WV, passed away November 13, 2020 while at home. She was born on February 22, 1925 to the late Glen and Rena Pearson. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, neighbor, and homemaker. She attended Concord Baptist Church.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Otis; children, John Blain, and Julie Webb; sister, Ruth Birchfield; and brother, Fred Pearson.

Charlotte is survived by a brother, Otho Pearson, and sister, Eloise Nibert; daughter-in-law, Sue Blain; grandchildren, Greg (Lacy) Blain, and James (Diana) Blain, Sharon Webb, and Jarrod Webb; six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, friends, and neighbors.

A graveside service will be held Tuesday, November 17, 2020, at 11 AM, at Beale Chapel Cemetery in Apple Grove, WV, with Pastor Justin Moran officiating. Face masks and social distancing will be enforced. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is serving the family.
