Charles "Charlie Bill" D. Waugh, 66, of Ashton, WV, passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at St Mary's Medical Center. He was born November 10, 1950, in Mason County, WV, to the late Ernest and Lucille Waugh. He was retired from Marcum Lumber where he worked for 36 years, and he continued to do handy work for friends and family in the community.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Delbert Waugh of Ashton.

He is survived by his loving wife of forty years, Deanna "Dee" F. Waugh of Ashton, and one son, David William Waugh of Ashton, and grandchildren, Timberly, Tyler, Haylee, and Kori. He is also survived by one brother, Donald W. Waugh of Ashton, and sisters, Frances (Farris) Lawrence of Georgia, Mary (Jerry) Bias of Ashton, and Lula Waugh of Ashton, and a host of nieces and nephews.

Charlie loved talking to everyone he seen, and he will be truly missed by so many.

Funeral services will be held at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Thursday, April 6, 2017, at 1 PM, with Rev. Bobby Ray officiating. Burial will follow in the Waugh Family Cemetery in Ashton. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 11-1 PM prior to the service.
