Charles A. Stover Jr, 76, passed away Wednesday May 5, 2021 at Arbors of Pomeroy, OH. He was born October 4, 1944 in Kaylong, WV to the late Charles A. Stover Sr and Reba (Mash) Stover. Charles attended Point Pleasant High School and served four years in the Army, two of those years in Germany. He was a laborer and retired as a healthcare worker where he spent many years. When Charles had time, he enjoyed fishing and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents; Charles A. Stover Sr and Reba (Mash) Stover; brother, Henry Stover.

Charles leaves behind his wife Drema Stover of Arbuckle, WV, three sons; Steve (Jennifer) Stover of Carthage, NC; Christopher (Regina) Estill of Maitland, FL; Jimmy Stover of Mt. Carmel, IN, Sisters; Nellie (Leland) VanMeter of Letart, WV, Carol (Rudy) Mast of Sherwood, OH, Mary (Larry) VanMeter of Letart, WV. He also has 11 grandchildren: 8 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Charles will be missed by many extended family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 11 ^th , 2021 at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV. To honor him, a Military graveside service will follow at Ortin Heights Cemetery in Nitro, WV. Social distancing and facemasks required for everyone's safety.
