Charles "Randall" Stover, 90, of Ashton, WV, went home to be with the Lord December 26, 2020 while at St. Mary's Hospital in Huntington, WV, with his family. He was born May 2, 1930, in Mason County, WV, a son to the late Amie Stover and the late Luie Long Stover. He was a retired farmer and truck driver. He was the founder of Stover Trucking Company which he started in 1952. He was a member of Moore's Chapel Church in Ashton. He loved to visit with his family.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Amie and Luie Stover; first wife, Lillian Deal Stover, second wife, Rhoda Rutt Stover; son, Darrell Stover; brother, Chester Stover; sister, Lula Bell Wallace; and brother-in-law, Johnnie Wallace.

He is survived by his son, Bryan Stover of Ashton; brothers, Rex Stover of Crossville, TN, Lester Stover of Bidwell, OH, Gene Stover of Columbus, OH, Carl Stover of Rio Grande, OH; sisters, Vonceele Kannard of Sequin, TX, Bonnie Griffith of Columbus, OH, Elaine Nida of Rio Grande, Roxanne (Lester) Moore of Sequin; step son, John (Edie) Moore of Panama City, FLA, and step daughter, Annette (Bob) Hupp of Proctorville, OH; grandchildren, Amie (RF) Stein, Summer Stover, Dustin Stover, and Cameron Stover; four great grandchildren as well as sister in law, Denise Stover; several extended family members, friends, and neighbors. He will be sorely missed by all.

A graveside service will be held Thursday, December 31, 2020, at 2 PM, at Moore's Chapel Cemetery in Ashton, WV, with Pastor Mark Mayes officiating. Friends may visit the family at the graveside from 1:30-2 PM, prior to the service. Facemasks and social distancing will be enforced to ensure everyone's safety.
