Cathy Marie McFarland, 72, passed away on March 22, 2026, at Arbors of Gallipolis. She was the daughter to the late Robert and Thelma Carter.

Cathy loved the outdoors and her dog, Mateo.

She is survived by her sister, Nancy Fraley.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Roberta Myers, Thelma Dodd and Karen Dill, brothers, Robert William and George Carter, niece, Carry Cyrus. Special friend, Cora Lowe.
