Carol Ann (Newberry) Lowe, 65, of Point Pleasant, WV., passed away on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at Riverside Methodist Hospital, Columbus, Ohio with her loving family at her side. She was born June 17, 1952 in Mason County, WV., a daughter to the late Lawrence and Lois (Coan) Newberry. Carol was a caregiver and a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Walter S. Lowe.

She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law, Jason and Jennifer Lowe of Travelers Rest, S.C., granddaughters, Katelynn and Kirsten Lowe of Travelers Rest, S.C., sisters and brother-in-laws, Beverly and (Joe) Forbes of Flatrock, WV., Delores "Shorty" Woomer of Flatrock, WV., Darlene and (Ralph) Lucas of Myrtle Beach, S.C. and Penny and (Ron) Hickman of Evans, WV., her loving dog Mindy and her nieces and nephews who loved her and thought the world of her.

A memorial service will be held at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV, Thursday, July 6, 2017, at 8:00 P.M. with Pastor Jason Simpkins officiating. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home on Thursday, from 6:00 P.M.-8:00 P.M. prior to the service. A graveside service will be held at the Creston Cemetery in Leon, WV, at 11 AM, on Wednesday, July, 12, 2017.
