Carol Rene (Knaul) Jarrell, 53, of Point Pleasant, WV, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Friday, November 3, 2017, at Holzer Medical Center. Born June 3, 1964, she is the daughter of Charlotte Rose Knaul (Balsley) of Point Pleasant, and the late Robert A. Knaul.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert E. Knaul, her sister, Charlotte Jane Knaul, and her precious baby son, Jonah Nathaniel Jarrell.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Jarrell, daughter, Jessica Rae Knaul, son, Jacob Logan Jarrell, mother, Charlotte Rose Knaul, sisters, Belinda (Jeff) Clark, Edie (Pat) Legg, and several nieces and nephews and countless friends.

Carol will be remembered for her immense love for her savior, Jesus Christ, her contagious smile and laughter, and her will to serve those in need no matter the circumstances. Carol was a 1982 graduate of Point Pleasant High School, and a member of New Hope Bible Baptist Church.

She was a devoted daughter and spent the last years of her life honoring her mother.

Funeral services will be held at the Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, Thursday, November 9, 2017, at 1:00 P.M., with Pastors Melvin Mock and Rich Bartolli officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Cemetery in Flatrock, WV. Friends may call on the family at the funeral home, Wednesday, November 8, 2017, from 5:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M.
