Carl Fredrick Hooton, 57, of Gallipolis, OH, passed away July 20, 2018. He was born February 6, 1962, in Mason County, WV, a son to the late Carl Hooton Sr, and Marion Brewer Hooton. He was a maintenance worker.

He is preceded in death by his father, Carl Hooton Sr. and infant daughter Neleigha Dale Hooton.

He is survived by his wife, Mellissa Hooton of Huntsville, TN; and daughter Neveah Hooton; Brother, Ricky (Gloria) Hooton Henderson, WV; and sister, Andria Hooton of Point Pleasant and his mother Marion Hooton; several nieces and nephews.


Memorial services will be held at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, Friday, July 27, 2018, at 8 PM, with Pastor Bert Flora officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Friends may visit the family at the funeral home from 608 PM prior to the service.
