Britt Michael Sargent, 35 of Leon West Virginia passed away July 20. 2026 at home. He was born September 16, 1990, in Charleston, West Virginia to Troy Sargent and the late Michelle Burgess.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Michelle Burgess and his Mamaw and Papaw.

He is survived by his fiancée, Sarah Lamm, his children, Aubrey Sargent and Evalynn Lamm-Sargent and brothers Dillon (Lorali) Burgess and Jonathon Hively along with many friends and family.

Britt will be remembered as loving to hunt, farm, fish and being quite the storyteller as well as a licensed rangemaster.

There will be visitation on July 30, 2026 from 5pm - 7pm with there being a memorial service at 7pm held at the Deal Funeral Home. Please keep his family and friends in your thoughts and prayers.
