Billy D. Kiggins, 46, of Apple Grove, WV, passed away while at Holzer Medical Center. He was born March 27, 1973, in Mason County, WV, a son to the late Donald Kiggins, and Mary Clark. He was a mechanic and a handyman.

He is preceded in death by his father, Donald Kiggins, and uncle, Merle Kiggins and his grandmother Bethel Kiggins who raised him.

He is survived by his daughter, Jennifer Kiggins of Fraziers Bottom, WV; sons, Billy Kiggins Jr. of Apple Grove, WV, and Jack Hanshaw of Boone County, WV; granddaughter, Kasity Jeffers of Fraziers Bottom; and special friends, Jason Stover, Nikki Weise, and Robert Henry, all of Gallipolis Ferry. He is also survived by his Aunt Shirley and her husband Ronnie Whitt of Gallipolis Ferry, WV. And special friend Regina Bowen Deweese of Apple Grove, WV.

At Billy's request, there will be no visitation. Memorial services will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family. Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant is serving the family.
