Barbara Ann Birchfield, 59, of Point Pleasant, WV passed away on Tuesday, October 19 ^th , 2021, at Pleasant Valley Hospital after a long battle with COVID. She was born in Orlando, Florida on July 30 ^th , 1962, a daughter to Jimmy (Connie) Thornton. She was employed with Pleasant Valley Hospital for 22 years. Barb attended House of Praise and Worship in Kingtown. She loved spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by the love of her life; Richard Holley, Parents; Jimmy (Connie) Thornton of Point Pleasant, WV, Sons; Eric (Stephanie) Birchfield of Leon, WV, Jeremy Birchfield of Point Pleasant, WV, Daughter in Law; Martha Birchfield of Apple Grove, WV, Grandchildren; Cody Birchfield, Wyatt Birchfield, Autumn Birchfield, Lexie Birchfield, and Dax Birchfield. Ricks family whom she loved like her own; Steve, Bridget, Steven, Teshia and Jonny Porter. Barb will be dearly missed by so many. Anyone who knew Barb knew, she was always caring for others and had the biggest heart.

A graveside service will be 1:00 PM on Monday, October 25 ^th , 2021, at Pine Grove Cemetery in Leon, WV with Pastor Gig Page. Deal Funeral Home will be serving the family.
