Austin Levi Barrett, 22, of Vinton, OH passed away unexpectedly Monday, June 21, 2021 at Holzer Medical Center. He was born April 10, 1999, in Point Pleasant, WV to Walter and Joy Barrett. Austin graduated from River Valley High School Class of 2018. In his free time, he enjoyed riding four-wheelers.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents.

Austin is survived by his sons; Zayden Ashburn and Owen Barrett both of Vinton, OH, Parents; Walter and Joy Barrett of Vinton, OH, Sister; Shawna Farley of Parkersburg, WV, Brother; Johnathon Farley of Gallipolis, OH, Aunts; Alina (Dean) Colwell of Vinton, OH, Lavonne Vincent of Akron, OH, Joyce Farley of Columbus, OH, Uncles; Michael (Kim) Barrett of Vinton, OH, Ronald Vincent of Gallipolis, OH. He also had several nephews, cousins, and extended family, whom he will be missed by.

Visitation will be Friday, June 25, 2021 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at Deal Funeral Home in Point Pleasant, WV. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Deal Funeral Home.
